Here are answers to some of your questions regarding these smartwatches. Please read and understand carefully before ordering.
- What is an open box smartwatch sold by us :- We only sale Open box smartwatches of Amazfit. When customer buy a smartwatch from Flipkart/Amazon/Amazfit website (or any other channel) and for whatever reason he/she does not like it, the same is returned to Amazfit. These are 4-5 days or less used watches. These are scratchless, never repaired and just open box watches.We are also selling watches with Minor Invisible and Visible scratches which are more than 4-5 days used and in some cases repaired as well. However, we cannot differentiate which is repaired and which is not. All watches are certified by Amazfit quality team before sending to us.I am an authorised “RESELLER” of Amazfit Open box smartwatches and getting watches from them for resale.
- How to book the Order – You can select the product and order from our website with the payment method suitable to you. You can also enquire about the product specifications or order details at whatsapp number 9899420019, or email (mahesharora2001@gmail.com) or Instagram (mahithetechie).Please ensure the information is correct as WE will not be responsible for any wrong information shared by you which may cause delay/reject/incorrect delivery in shipment. We can modify the shipping information before we handover the packet to the courier partner and not after that.
- Shipping of Product – Once you place the order, it takes two days for us to ship the product. Example, if you make payment on 1st, then We will ship the watches on 3rd. But In case you order on Saturday, then it will take 3 days to Ship because of Sunday holiday.
- How much time delivery will take – We are shipping through multiple courier partners like DTDC and Shiprocket (Delhivery/ECom Express) through “By Air” mode for faster delivery. In case of DTDC we provide the tracking number manually and you need to track the shipping manually. In case of Shiprocket, you will get automatic alerts for the shipping and its status.
- Warranty – The Products are quality checked by Amazfit before shipping. All Products are carrying 6 months of replacement Warranty from Amazfit. Since this is an electronic item and issues can happen with a brand new products as well, so In case you encounter some issue with your watch, First of all, YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT, Amazfit customer care is there to help. Please contact AMAZFIT Customer Care number/email (mentioned on the product box and bill issued by us). You need to share the copy of the invoice sent by us to claim the warranty. Amazfit will arrange free pickup of your product (incase the issue is not resolved via phone call or software update) and then deliver the repaired/replacement product at your doorstep free of cost. You can also visit the service center if it is nearby your location. You need to send email at supportindia@zepp.com or call at 1800-4199-680 to claim the warranty. Please read the terms, conditions and guidelines of Amazfit warranty on their website. The same are applicable here.
- Return/Refund – There is no Return or Refund Policy. We are checking “Physical condition”, All accessories, watch power on/off and touch response before sending product to you.
It is MANDATORY to make an unboxing video so that if you see anything suspicious, the video is a proof to get replacement product.
If the condition of the watch delivered to you is not good, then we will provide the replacement.
If you encounter the performance issue with the watch after using it, then you need to contact Amazfit customer care to claim the warranty and they will arrange the replacement. In case of any fault with the watch during warranty period, only repair/replacement can be done as per Amazfit Warranty Policy.
