Dear Customer, Greetings for the Day!

Here are answers to some of your questions regarding these smartwatches. Please read and understand carefully before ordering.

1 What is an open box smartwatch sold by us?

We only sell Open Box smartwatches of Amazfit. When a customer buys a smartwatch from Flipkart/Amazon/Amazfit website (or any other channel) and for whatever reason they do not like it, the same is returned to Amazfit. These are 4-5 days or less used watches. These are scratchless, never repaired, and just open-box watches. We also sell watches with minor invisible and visible scratches which are used for more than 4-5 days and in some cases repaired as well. However, we cannot differentiate which is repaired and which is not. All watches are certified by the Amazfit quality team before sending them to us. I am an authorized RESELLER of Amazfit Open Box smartwatches and get watches from them for resale.

2 How to book the Order

You can select the product and order from our website with a payment method suitable to you. You can also enquire about the product specifications or order details via:

Please ensure the information provided is correct, as WE will not be responsible for any wrong information shared by you which may cause delay/reject/incorrect delivery in shipment. We can only modify shipping information before handing over the packet to the courier partner.

3 Shipping of Product

Once you place the order, it takes two days for us to ship the product. For example, if you make payment on the 1st, we will ship the watch on the 3rd. Note: If you order on a Saturday, it will take 3 days to ship due to the Sunday holiday.

4 How much time will delivery take?

We are shipping through multiple courier partners like DTDC and Shiprocket (Delhivery/Ecom Express) through “By Air” mode for faster delivery. In the case of DTDC, we provide the tracking number manually, and you need to track it manually. For Shiprocket, you will receive automatic alerts for the shipping status.

5 Warranty

The products are quality-checked by Amazfit before shipping. All products carry a 6-month replacement warranty from Amazfit. Since this is an electronic item, issues can happen with brand-new products as well. If you encounter an issue, FIRST OF ALL, BE PATIENT; Amazfit customer care is there to help.

Please contact AMAZFIT Customer Care (details mentioned on the product box and bill issued by us). You need to share a copy of our invoice to claim the warranty. Amazfit will arrange a free pickup (if the issue isn’t resolved via call or software update) and deliver the repaired/replacement product to your doorstep free of cost. You can also visit a nearby service center.

6 Return & Refund

In case the customer has not received the product due to damage or theft during shipment, we offer a full refund or replacement within 7 days of confirmation.

In case the customer didn’t like the product, we offer a full refund or replacement within 7 days of confirmation.

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements & PoliciesUnboxing Video: It is MANDATORY to make an unboxing video. If you see anything suspicious, the video serves as proof to get a replacement product.

Condition Issues: If the condition of the watch delivered to you is not good, we will provide a replacement.

Performance Issues: If you encounter a performance issue after using it, you need to contact Amazfit customer care to claim the warranty, and they will arrange the replacement. In case of any fault during the warranty period, only repair/replacement can be done as per the Amazfit Warranty Policy.
